Fraternal Nativity Visit of Reverend Canon Farag Hanna of the Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Coburg

On Tuesday 23 December 2025, His Grace Bishop Rewis received a warm and loving visit from Reverend Canon Farag Hanna of the Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Coburg, accompanied by his wife, Ragaa, on the joyous occasion of the Feast of the Nativity.

In honour of the visit, His Grace Bishop Rewis, together with Very Rev Fr Daniel Ghabrial - Diocese Vicar-General, Very Rev Fr Abanoub Attalla and Very Rev Fr Shenouda Boutros, hosted a lunch at St Mark’s Coptic Orthodox Church in Preston.

During the gathering, meaningful discussions took place reflecting on Reverend Farag’s pastoral journey and service, which has taken him from Egypt to Jordan and ultimately to Australia, as well as the faithful ministry he continues to offer to his congregation at his Parish.

His Grace Bishop Rewis, together with our Diocese, sincerely thanks Reverend Farag Hanna and his wife Ragaa for their gracious visit and fraternal spirit and extends heartfelt wishes to him and his faithful for a blessed and joyful Feast of the Nativity.
