Diocesan Meeting with Australian Government Federal Parliamentary Representatives

Today, Thursday 18 December 2025, the Diocese was honoured to welcome Federal Members of the Australian Parliament: The Hon Julian Hill MP, Assistant Minister for Citizenship, Customs and Multicultural Affairs; and Mr Gabriel Ng MP, Federal Member for Menzies, to the Diocese Headquarters in Donvale.

His Grace Bishop Rewis, together with Very Rev Fr Daniel Ghabrial, Very Rev Fr Abanoub Attalla, and a delegation of Diocesan Advisors, met with The Hon Julian Hill MP and Mr Gabriel Ng MP in a constructive and meaningful discussion. The meeting addressed matters relating to immigration policy pertaining to our Diocese and community, as well as potential opportunities for ongoing collaboration and support.
